Due
to the limited number of people per class, it is necessary to call
and sign up prior to attending any Group Classes, Semi-Private and
Private sessions.
Refer
a friend and if they sign up for a package of 10 or more sessions,
you get a FREE Class (mat of reformer class only).
Group
Mat Class
We offer Mat Classes open to all levels. Since there are no machines
involved, you will look to your own body to create resistance. This
is great way to connect with and strengthen your core muscles. Class
size is limited to no more than 15 people. Since the mat class is
a group class, the instructor cannot focus their attention on just
one person. This class is not recommended for people with
major injuries.
Back
Care Mat Class
Back
Care Mat Class focuses on the balanced strenght of the abdominal
muscles and the deep spinal muscles as well as shoulder stabilization.
Emphasis will also be given to movement as it relates to proper
body alignment, helping the client to avoid straining the back during
every day activities. Although this class is open to everyone regardless
of ability, Back Care Mat Class is excellent way for those
who have chronic back problems such as arthritis, scoliosis, stenosis,
herniated discs, etc. to experience the benefits of Pilates.
This class which consist of at least 3people, but are limited to
8 people.
Group Reformer Class
We offer Reformer Classes which consist of at least 2 people, but
are limited to 4 people for safety reasons. This is one of the friendliest
pieces of equipment to get introduced to Pilates. The reformer will
work the entire body without putting stress on the joints.
Wunda
Chair Class
The
Wunda chair is an excellent strength work out due to the resistance
to movement, a great way to develop upper body and core strength.
Because Wunda chair work is challenging, this class is for people
who have had 6 months to one year of Pilates mat and/or reformer
experience. (Must have teacher approval to enter this class.)
This class which consist of at least 2 people, but are limited to
3 people.
Pilates
for Pregnancy Class
Classes are limited to 4 people for safety reasons. Designed to
give a good safe work out and address the needs while pregnant.
For women who are presently taking pilates can enter this
class immediatly. If you are not currently taking pilates, this
class will require a written note from your doctor then you can
enter the class at your 13th week of pregnancy. Any questions, Please

Private Pilates Session
A oneon-one session; one client with one instructor. You will
utilize any of the Pilates apparatus and/or mat work. Private sessions
are tailored to the clients specific needs. This session is highly
recommended for first time clients and people who like to have 100%
of an instructors attention. This ia a great way to familiarize
yourself with the terminology and movements of Pilates. Privates
sessions must be scheduled ahead of time and paid for in advanced.
Duet/Semi-Private Session
A session with two people and one instructor. You must book this
appointment with someone else. We do not pair people together.
You will utilize any of the Pilates apparatus and/or mat work. It
is ideal for two people at the same level of experience, who want
to work out together with one instructor. Duet/Semi-Privates sessions
must be scheduled ahead of time and paid for in advanced.
